Sounds like winning blue is working out very well. What is the measurement between the fender lip and the center of the wheel f/r?

What will be required to fit these brakes to RPF1 17 x 10s x 38?
Thanks. Rick

Those will easily bolt up and clear with no spacers.

The joys of being a Project car here is always getting taken apart for something!

Today Project Blue is trying new version of our QuickChange Roll Bar with rear supports that you add just for track days. As you can see, new version uses much simplified connection at the top. The change is needed because the old version was actually TOO PRECISE for the car. As these cars age they get a little middle age spread in the open chassis, much like lots of people we know. As a consequence, rear braces often fit a new car but not a car with more miles that had 'relaxed' too much. The geometry of this new design is a little more simple and fits easier to a variety of NC ages.

This is the finished rough, which will be used to finish the JIG, and this one goes to powder coating on Monday morning and then to the customer who has waited patiently for months while we did this re-engineering (thanks for waiting!).

NEXT MOD!

After much waiting and anticipation.....the NEW Tomei NC Limited Slip is HERE!

The good folks from Tomei, a premier tuning company in Japan, visited us back in September. As reported at that time in the Tomei thread, their new 12 disc limited slip was perhaps the most exciting item we discussed at that time and now it is here! Hope to have it installed in time to autocross it this weekend.

Awesome fun Autocross Day with the new Tomei Limited Slip!

The new Tomei "Traxx" Limited Slip did the job with no drama, no matter how much I flung the car about it drove out of the tightest turns smoothly.... very confidence inspiring to drive the car from the corners and through fast transitions.
