If i install a mazda-speed intake and header, mid pipe, muffler,ect and later want to install a supercharger will all work together, ect. THANKS!

The exhaust components will be fine, but you will have to ditch the intake as it will not work with the supercharger. The major gains are with the exhaust anyway, so feel free to skip the intake.
