Street Single, NC2, New Rolled Tip...

Post by njaremka »

I'm looking for a picture of the new rolled tip street single on an NC2... Something from behind, perhaps at eye level?

Also, any idea what it would sound like with the double resonator mid-pipe and street cat header?

I'm trying to plan out my performance upgrades, and I'm wanting to do intake and full exhaust. I "think" I want to go with the full street exhaust, as you have on the wife's copper red, but I'm curious how the street single and double resonator mid-pipe might sound. I have some money set aside at the moment, and I can either get the intake or the street single to tide me over for the next few months.

Help me out!

All the pics we have are in the product description.

Sound level is very subjective but I find that combo reasonable on sound on a soft top with manual trans.

Here's a quick pic I took of my NC2 with a new rolled tip street single.

Am I the only one who can't see the image?

Yes. I can see it on my desktop, my laptop...and my phone. So, likely a browser setting issue for you.

I appreciate the picture. Can you get one showing the whole back of the car? Thanks!

Thanks, Brian. That helps. I was looking for an NC2 installation, but that will do.

I always thought singles on a bumper cut for duals looked odd like a nc2/3. Looks great on the nc1 bc you can't really see the cuts.

I have always felt dual pipes on a 4 banger was shameful example of form over function
