Will a 225/45 tire fit 17 x 9 6UL's? I know they will fit rpf1's with the same width given negtive camber, but what about the 6UL?

225/45 fits 17x9 just fine....but not clear to me that was your question. Which gen Miata?

Yes, 225/45 on the 17x9 6UL fits stock NC fenders no problem.
