Clicking/Clunking Endlinks?

Just about a week ago I did a fresh install of Progress Sways F/R, on my 06 NC.
First let me say, that the handling changes have been nothing short of phenomenal.
However, I also purchased the Racing Beat Endlinks for the front and rear, and installed them along with the Sways.
Now I'm getting clinks and clunks over rougher patches of road, and it SEEMS to be growing in frequency/severity.
I do NOT have ramps, so everything was torqued while car was on jacks.

ANY advice is greatly appreciated, I'll be happy to try to answer any questions regarding install that may help track our problem.
I'm still new to DIY, but I'm doing my best to learn.
Professional install is an option, but really my last resort.

Should not be any noises.

Make sure endlinks are installed to correct side of bar, sometimes folks put them on the wrong side of the bar and that will eventually break the links. Links should be as straight up and down as possible.

There was nothing in the packaging to distinguish between which side of the bar the links belong on.
However, the "straight up and down as possible" bit of info is probably the best advice I've gotten so far.
Now I'll know how to get proper geometry for my coilovers when they arrive tomorrow.
Thanks again Brian!
You're an invaluable resource.
