Are there any weight savings with these brakes compared to the stock ND brakes?

Yes, should be over 10 pounds savings on unsprung weight.
If you look at our 12.88 kits we have carefully weighed the pieces and given the weight savings as 10 pounds. The smaller 12.19 kit was just introduced and Wilwood has not given us exact weight savings but with smaller setup still including two piece rotors and light aluminum calipers... likely even better than 12.88 size kits on that weight savings.

Got the info from Wilwood on their kit, here's how the various options stack up:
(full kits including all parts)
Factory 11" front brakes: 45.0 lbs
GWR 11" Superlight rotors + 4 piston caliper kit: 28.2 lbs [16.8 lbs saved]
Wilwood 12.19" kit: 37.0 lbs [8 lbs saved]
GWR 12.88" kit (4 piston): 35.7 lbs [9.3 lbs saved]
GWR 12.88" kit (6 piston): 38.7 lbs [6.3lbs saved]
