Got my PF01 17x8 Silver wheels from Good Win Racing recently. Shod them with Hoosier R7s for upcoming track days. They look great! The wheels, I mean, even if they make painfully clear that it's time to lower the girl.

I hope this is the right place to ask a couple of questions . I like the PFO1 in silver for my copper red 06 Brain has recommended the 17x8 for a street car but I see it is offered in both 45 and 50 offsets . I assume the 45 will give a little wider stance so my question is can I fit a 235x40x17 tire in that offset or would a 50 be better since it is closer to stock. I am mainly a street driver and mountain roads here in western NC. I might try a little autocoss and maybe some track time in the future but that's not my primary driving. Second question if I decide to add a BBK will the off set make a difference in fit under a 17 rim. I have the Miester Crd coil overs an am lowered to 12.5 front and 13 rear. I haven't done the alignment yet but I can see I now have some neg camber just from the coilovers . Thanks for any suggestions

Yes, the 50mm is closer to stock and that 235/40 tire will easily clear.

The 45mm choice might need a fender lip roll to clear 235/40....depending on amount of lowering and amount of negative camber.
