Wow, that's some MEATS!

I am currently running Enkei PF01...38mm offset 18x10.5 with 285/30/18

Picture here at recent event with my wife driving...

17x8 ET50 PF01 with 235/40/17 Toyo T1Sport
No clearance problems at this height ~ 20mm lower all round

Hard to say for sure because there is so much variation from brand to brand in how wide the tread will be versus the listed size but from the slight stretch of the sidewall my estimate is a 225mm wide, which will fit stock fenders on that 17x9 45mm Enkei. That spread of the 225mm wide tire on a 9 inch gives fantastic sidewall response, contact patch stability, and crisp turn-in. Going up to 235/40/17 would need slight fender roll at that 45mm offset (but would fit stock fenders if you picked a 48 to 50mm offset).
