Koni 1140-1351 shock and spring kit

Post by DarrellH533 »

I am considering the Koni 1140-1351 shock and spring kit for my 2014 Club soft top.
Has anyone used this set up, and what so you think about it?

Also I am currently running Dunlop 215x45x17 Dz II's on stock wheels, would I have clearance issues due to this kits 40mm front and rear drop?

Thanks
Darrell

Basically it's H&R sport springs on Koni sport shocks with the non adjustable perches giving an average 40 mm front and rear drop. With the current koni sale on I can get them with free shipping for $782. Guess for the price I'll go ahead and give them a try and let yall know how things work out.

I have H&R springs with Bilstien sport shocks (aftermarket) and I can tell you the ride sucks. Might be better with the koni's as they are adjustable and less gas pressure.
