off road set-up?

Post by porterhousestk »

You read that right!! This might be a really random question, but could someone recommend a good set of coilovers that can withstand a good beating on and off the road. Or should i go with a specific shock/strut/spring setup? I still want them to be decent on the road though because the roads where i live aren't very smooth... Has anyone else taken their miata off-road? The car actually does pretty darn good! Also if you read my last post you might be wondering what my NC1 looks like on 2003 Mustang Cobra wheels... hopefully the pictures work!

the wheels are 2003 svt cobra wheels in 17x9 i think the offset is +26 and im running 245/40's in the back and 235/45's up front.. only the back wheels rub, and its only when i have passangers. i dont plan on using these wheels off road, LOL.

I suspect stock will be your best for offroad, all the aftermarket choices are designed to lower the car.
