The downside of camber

Post by Apexcone »

Alignment. We have just fitted the yellow Koni adjustable shocks and uprated from Sway Bar to our 2015 NC, managed to get 2.2 deg of camber. On an Autocross Track is a totally different car and awesome, on the road its now nervous and tramlines.

Does anybody know of where the compromised settings are ? so that the car isn't a pain in the arse to drive on the street ?

What are your other settings? Caster, toe?

Alignment is a package.

You might want to try a very little toe in at the front and a tad more at the rear.

Say 0.05° front, and 0.10° rear, per side.

Yep, it is not the camber that makes it tramline so much as it is the Toe.

As suggested, more toe in the front and rear to get rid of that.
