Well, I am about to join the 2.5 club as well. 2.0 sounds like it is running on 3 cyl, the after effects of over revving twice on the track.

In for updates on the 2.5 header.

It's a good idea just as with the coolant radiator. You want your motor up to temp as efficiently as possible for lowest wear, etc.

Is the smaller caliper used for the parking brake?

YES, that smaller caliper is indeed the special ultra light dedicated parking brake caliper. We looked at other solutions including the unit from Wilwood distributor in the UK that adds the parking brake function to full size Wilwood caliper and it didn't work well enough to satisfy us, or Wilwood USA.

My guess is January for the big diameter shorty header sales, first production sample is already ready.
