The grins can seen on faces even with full faced helmets! Car looks Awesome! 10-14 days until I get my Club... Are there any other threads to show development of the Ohlins? I will run CS solo for a year and may switch to STR for '17. I'd love a legal shock now that could be relatively easy to convert to fully legal STR spec next year if possible... Anything working for Ohlins along these lines in kit form? (Oem perches to run oem springs, etc.)

Is it weird that I've already ordered your race muffler and front sway bar when I don't have the car yet???

Sorry, Ohlins has no plans to offer fixed perch for stock class, this will be legal just for the STR guys and beyond.

You are not alone in ordering the muffler before getting the car, factory tells me those are finished and will start shipping late today!

First Production RoadsterSport Street Sport Muffler for ND hits the scales!

I had the site say 15 pounds, which was my worst case estimate...thrilled to announce production version made it UNDER 14 pounds!

New STOCK size two piece rotors, works with factory calipers or our caliper upgrades, saves 4.5 more pounds per corner! Instantly notice a big improvement in ride quality too from this massive reduction in unsprung weight.

Shown here with our optional 6 piston caliper upgrade that saves another 3 pounds per corner!

We got your gram strategy right here!

Full details on our new 2-piece rotors for the ND!

2-Piece “Drop In” Rotors for the ND

A flavor for everyone with grams (and pounds) saved!
These rotors match the factory rotor dimensions and work with the standard calipers, Club model Brembos, and our own 4 and 6 piston caliper options.

Pictured in Brian's post above, the 2-piece rotor in front under our 6 Piston caliper upgrade kit. Below, that same rotor under the factory front caliper:

FRONT

For the gram strategists - autocrossers and street guys alike…
Custom aluminum hats made for us by Wilwood, paired with an ultralight 30-vane rotor for the most dramatic reduction of unsprung mass and improvement in ride quality.
Full assembly 8.6 lbs vs. 13.1 lbs stock. 4.4 lbs saved per rotor.

Superlight 2-Piece Front Rotor - Plain Face
Superlight 2-Piece Front Rotor - Slotted

For those who plan to hit the racetrack, if you aren’t quite ready for our do-it-all full Big Brake Kit but you need a track-ready rotor for the best cooling and longevity…
The same lightweight aluminum hats, but this version uses a 72-vane rotor with exceptional thermal capacity over the 50-vane stock rotor.
Full assembly 10.1 lbs vs. 13.1 lbs stock. 3 lbs saved per rotor.

RACE 2-Piece Front Rotor - Slotted

REAR

The factory rear rotor is non-vented, so there is less weight to cut out, but we still found a full pound to shave for you guys!
Again, lightweight aluminum hats made for us by Wilwood paired with custom-made friction rings to match the factory rotor dimensions.
Full assembly 7.5 lbs vs.8.5 lbs stock. 1 lb saved per rotor.

Superlight 2-Piece Rear Rotors - Plain Face
Superlight 2-Piece Rear Rotors - Slotted

Note that some slight clearancing must be done on the rotor-facing side of the rear caliper’s bracket to clear the bolt heads on the back side of the 2-piece rear rotors. No effect to the caliper in doing this. Contact us if you need details/instructions/pics.

First FLOW numbers for the 2.0 skyactiv head.....157CFM

That is preliminary number, I didn't get a chance to actually speak to our head specialist today and I have some questions about the test pressure. Hopefully know more tomorrow.

Yes, we see some opportunities in the head to flow much better. Everything in the head appears focused on velocity over EVERYTHING else. So, if we flow the head what happens? Do we get the top end and give up the middle range? Will see....

would be curious to see flow bench comparisons between stock ND head and stock NC head.
