Fiat cooling system!
While we already have Koyo's new all-aluminum radiator for the ND here in the shop, we figured this was a good time to get into the Fiat's cooling system and see if the ND and Fiat share the same radiator.
Turns out, no! The Fiat 124 radiator shares many similarities in design with the ND's but it is 1.25" taller than an ND radiator for 8% greater front surface area AND the core is 25mm thick - just as thick as the upgraded Koyo unit for the ND.
Here is the Koyo ND radiator beside the Fiat's factory radiator:
We also measured the intercooler while we were in there. Fiat gave this car a decently large intercooler for a factory unit:
HEIGHT 187mm (7-3/8")
WIDTH 805mm (20")
THICKNESS 65mm (2-9/16")

Available on our site in about 30 days, our new Race spec Springs for ND/Fiat 124. Our standard Progress Spring rates 185 Front, 115 rear, the Race Spec steps it up to 300 Front/200 rear. They feel amazing, been barnstorming my favorite freeway 270 degree ramps today with this setup and the confidence it provides from driving flat through the turns is awesome. Shown here with our 17x9 Bronze 6UL wheels and KONI SPORT shocks.

Any results from the four wheel dyno, with the Eurocompulsion ECU piggyback unit onboard?

Another shot with our new higher rate 300 front, 200 rear springs on KONI Sport shocks.
Really falling in love with this combo, the ride is amazing. I assumed the ride would be stiffer than our Progress springs which are less than half the spring rate but it did not work out that way. What actually happens is that higher rate springs mean you do not get into the bumpstops near as often and the ride feels actually more subtle than the lighter rate Progress Springs, yet car is even more flat in the turns. The only downside to this choice is that while the Progress Springs are made to work with stock shocks, these really need KONI SPORT shocks for adequate damping.

The FACTORY midpipe is all crunch bends, bad for flow, crunched down well under 2 inches in several places, which delays turbo spool and limits power.
The fix is our 2.5 inch RoadsterSport Midpipes...Which Start Shipping THIS WEEK!
