I run SCCA C Stock with my '99 Sport (not CA version), and have the Racing Beat muffler (bought from GWR). It meets my expectations and has a slight increase in exhaust tone.
My question is that it appears the stock exhaust has a small resonator between the cat and the muffler. If I had this removed and replaced with just a straight section, would the noise increase much? I wouldn't mind a few more dB's...... , but don't like loud.
