Miata Exhaust

Hi Brian,

Im looking for a new exhaust system for my 96 Miata. I like my cars loud and sporty. Im hoping you can point me towards the loudest sportiest exhaust for my naturally aspirated Miata.

Well, our RoadsterSport RACE is the loudest I know of...but it is really designed as a race setup (it's that loud). My suggestion for next step down on the louder side is our Racing Beat with the optional SPORT non-resonated connecting pipe.

What is the sound difference between the RoadsterSport Race setup and the Borla with the non-resonated mid pipe? Is the RoadsterSport buzzy and rattly or in any way "ricey"? Which of the two provides a deeper exhaust note?

Neither choice is buzzy or rattly...the RoadsterSport is deeper tone thanks to larger diameter pipe, but also much louder as a result.
