Shave/heat cycle Victoracers?

Post by Black_1995 »

Hi Brian

I'm looking to replace my Victoracers (195/55-14s) on my 95. We autoX and do track days.

The Miata forums seem divided on shaving/heat cycling but you never know how much info/experience the posters are actually making their recommendation on.

Based on your experience, should I have them shaved and heat cycled or just run them as they come?

Thanks!
Brian

That 95 Miata is a very light weight machine...no need to shave or heat cycle those in my humble opinion.
