What if an intake doesn't have Air Flow Sensor hose?

Post by Roadstar06 »

Does it matter if an intake doesn't have air flow sensor housing like this one?

Thanks! :D

Are you REALLY going to trust some no-name Ebay intake? They have a picture of an RX8, a Scion, a Honda....but no MX5 that I see.

If I had a dime for every customer who told me how sorry they were they bought some junk on ebay that turned out not to fit, or broke immediately, popped a piece into their motor, and the stories of woe go on and on....

You don't have to buy an intake from us, but get one that is established and recognized as a quality choice on this car, not some Ebay junk.

I see what you mean Brian..

Actually what I meant was an air hose for the air flow sensor? not the housing. Does it do any harm without the hose?

Do you have any pictures of an NC with the Racing Beat intake installed?

Thanks!
