Racing Beat Springs

The description of the Racing beat springs (99-00) mentions that they can be used with the stock shocks. Is this really the case or will they overtax the shocks after a while?

Mild enough increase in spring rate to work with the stock shocks and not overtax them...but that is not the same as a recommendation. My recommendation is to use them with adjustable replacement shocks. Favorite choice is KONI, second choice is KYB.
