bilstien shocks

i have a 2007 sport; base suspenscion; no mods; five speed.i can get my hands on oem bilstiens and was wondering if i just change the shocks and add bigger sways bars would i benefit from this . and if this combination would yield some results would i still have neutral balance? or could i change maybe one bar to keep the balance as neutral as possible if changing both bars will alter the balance. any thoughts?
