exhaust setup, header,testpipe muffler.. best setup?

hi, I'm a about to trow my turbo setup in the sea..
I'm looking for a effective N/A setup.. my maingoal is throttlerespons and driveability.
The car is a 1991, with 1.8 swap..
The car runs Link g4 ecu, 750cc injectors.. fidenza flywheel, act extreme clutch..
The future plans is new cams, modified 99 head and itb's
is there any exhaust setup that is better then other when it comes to N/A tuning?
I was thinking :
JR header, testpipe and borla catback singeltip muffler..
any tips?
