Header Midpipe for NC AT

I have been wanting to replace the stock header and midpipe with something that sounds better and gives more hp but I read that the Roadster Sport header won't fit the AT. What is the issue here? Is there some other answer to the situation?

I had at least one customer do it...and say it was no big deal but that he had to grind a tab off the bell housing of the transmission. That's likely a bigger deal than most want to mess with. So, we usually suggest our Racing Beat header for those with the AT because we understand that it fits with just removal of a bracket on the housing.
