Header Installation for 09 MX-5 and New Jersey Inspection...

Please help, anyone from New Jersey. I have an 09 MX-5 sport and am thinking of installing a Roadsport header and midpipe. Does anyone know if this setup will pass the emissions part of the state inspection? And what if any other problems may occur? I don't think that the inspectors jack up the car to see the underside.

The car should pass emission and there is no visual.
If you have a 09 then you won't have to worry about it till 2014.
So why worry now, enjoy it for the next four years.

Thank you. Does anyone know of good shop to work on mazda's? The dealer Alternative fron New Jersey is out of business.
Supercharger installation, and roll bars are my next two add ons. Thanks.
