One of these days I'll get some time to update my blog, but just thought I'd show what I've gotten the weight down to now....

Good thing the minimums went down for this year. I still have to add over 100 lbs (new minimum is 2070.)

I have the same on NC LIGHT. Before anybody asks, it is too much bar for any street Miata...and likely too much for any MX5 that doesn't have the grip of Ron's DP Project or our NCLIGHT.

I'm running one. They also make a thinner wall version in case this one is too much. But yeah, if you're planning this as your only mod, it won't work.

Car looks great Ron! Can't wait to see it run.

Thanks for posting that Brian. It's been a longtime goal of mine to make the cover, and hoped that this car would make it. Getting picked to win my class is icing on the cake.

I've had a great time building this, and as probably everyone here knows, it's never really done. Still a lot that can be done, especially in the power department.

We just had some pictures taken this past weekend of the car. The pics turned out incredible. Here are a couple (note the Goodwin Racing decals on the sideskirts.)
