Roadstersport Mid-pipe for 01'

Hey Brian,
I bought the RSIII muffler for my 01' LS back in November. Loved everything about it so far.
I am thinking about getting the mid-pipe now that finances are getting in order, and I just wanted to get opinions on what kind of real differences I would see in doing so.
Sound improvement is in there according to the description, i.e. I like louder, but I am curios just how much so.
What type of HP gain might I be looking at? I am sure there would be some HP restoration on getting rid of a no-doubt gunked up 11 year old cat.
Any info helps, will likely order soonish.
