How involved and difficult is it to remove the headlight assembly on a 2011 Miata?

Take a closer look and you will see that the assembly unbolts and comes out easily.

Brian

I think I see your point, however does the front fascia need to be removed as well.

Hi afilo I am thinking of changing the h/lamp bulbs on my 2010 Miykao I have been told that you have to remove the inner wing panels to get access to the bulbs you will have to remove all the locking pins from the panel I woulkd consider replacing the main / dip and side light bulbs rather than just one bulb given the lenght of time and all the profanities you will use.

Yes, the front bumper cover needs to come off, then as Brian notes, it's easy.

Thanks Brian and Ron, that's exactly what I thought, and as long as the front bumper cover is off, I will install a new air intake system as well. This site rocks.

Out of curiousity, why are you pulling out the headlights?
