Supercharger & AEM cai?

I purchased an AEM cold air intake system last season for my 2012 NC and haven't installed it yet. I've now purchased the Kraftwerks supercharger for installation this Spring. The supercharger appears to have the air intake in the engine compartment and uses the pass-through for the OEM intake to locate the lines for the intercooler, which would be where the AEM tubing passes to the front. It would seem that the supercharged engine could benefit from cooler air than found in the engine compartment. Has anyone tried to use the AEM cai with the Kraftwerks supercharger? Will this work, perhaps with some modification and is this a good or bad idea? Spring will arrive in upstate NY someday and I'd like to get my project together. Thanks.
