By the end of this week I'll be making a purchase of new wheels and tires.
I was planning on the purchase listed above until I read a bit of information otherwise.
What problems would I run into if I neglect to roll my fenders?
Can I actually stretch a 205 over an 8 inch wheel?
What are my options here?
As much info as possible would be preferred.
Not a fan of the look, cost, or weight of the PF01's.
currently the car is stock ride height with stock alignment, however this will be changing in the near future, when I add TEIN street flex coilovers.

PLEASE HELP!

That combo is plug and play, fender roll not needed. Fender roll would be needed if you did 235/40 on that same wheel but with the smaller 215mm wide tire that will plug and play without fender roll.

And you don't need fender rolling with the 245/40/17's and a 50MM offset, right?

That might need a fender roll. A 235/40 fit without fender roll but the 245 is close and too many variables to give you final answer (it will depend on particular tire, how much the car is lowered, how much negative camber is has, etc).
