No ND part on their website.
I miss the smoothness of my ex NA's Torsen. My ND's ToFu clutch diff occasionally does a relatively abrupt lockup early in an assertive turn.
Sorry, Fiata uses trans that is NC related but split diff housing is all ND.

Where is this intended to fit (performance, sound, etc) in your pantheon of axelbacks?
There's some I haven't tried yet...

I want even more Helmholtz drone control for those with supercharger AND header and complete exhaust system. Thus, this is a bigger dedicated helmholtz than we have inside the current SuperQ. Just a prototype, doesn't mean anything gets to production, lots of testing first.

WASHED AND READY FOR A SUPERCHARGED WEEKEND OF FUN!

Promised the wife I would wash her car. Supercharged RF ready for a weekend of backroads fun! The only issue with this car is that it makes me even more of a big child behind the wheel, blasting freeway on-ramps and backroads is just too easy, serious giggles from me that make my wife laugh more at me than with me! Got a few of you dropping over for rides with the Supercharger, considering our best deal ever on these kits, now the car is clean and ready to go.

There were moments I regretted not doing an OSGIKEN in this car but given that this is my wife's daily driver and not built for competition the stock limited slip we added is effective enough for the mission of this car. Last event I had to tip toe around the course, frustration was constant. This time I was able to lay power out of tight turns much better. I still spun the tires, but this time it was both tires instead of just the inside wheel. Fun and faster and I could throttle rotate more effectively as needed. Balance of the springs continues to feel great in the RF, had the KONI shocks full stiff front. Started full stiff rear for KONI but oversteer was a bit much with the 200 hp supercharger and current sway bar settings (soft front, middle rear) so I backed it down half a turn and went faster, backed it another half a turn and went faster again with more effective rear hook up. Could have also got down and changed rear sway to soft to better match the front but didn't bring the tools and towel to get that done neatly at the event.

Hi Brian,

Does your wife's car still have the RS springs or did you switch them back to the Progress springs? If so, what has been her response to the stronger springs?

That is my dilemma, I have added the RS SB which took a good amount of the body roll, but I still want to improve the transition from left to right with stronger springs and perhaps to lower the car just a bit, around 1/2" at most. The new Koni shocks has my eye so it boils down to either the RS or Progress springs. The 2016 GT AT is a weekend driver with occasional autocross and annual mountain driving trips. My wife is quite sensitive to harsh rides and lowering the car.

Wife likes the current combo, but in moving to the RoadsterSport Springs on Koni that raised the car compared to Progress and Koni and that extra height made room to fit 225/45 Continental ECS tire instead of the 235/40 we had on there before. In terms of ride, that made it all a wash, that tire rides a lot better than the 235/40 did thanks to taller sidewall that is also a very soft sidewall in that Continental choice.

Ok so the Progress springs lower the car more than the RS springs. I am running with the 215/45 Michelin P4S which raised the car by 1/4" and also have a larger sidewall than stock, but not as soft as the Conti. Note: compared to the stock tires, the ride is noticeably smoother, quieter and a bit softer on the bumps with the Michelin tires.

If I wanted to keep stock height or perhaps lower 1/2" with the RS springs, use the top perch on the new Koni shocks?

Followup question: Is it correct to say that with the Koni adjustable perch shocks, the higher the perch the greater amount of suspension travel available for a given spring?

Yes, higher the perch, the more travel you have. RS springs lower the car only about half an inch, using top perch position on Koni will keep that to about half inch.

Set of OHLINS onto the wife's car last night. We have not had a good demo car for OHLINS for a while, most of our other projects with Ohlins have gone more and more serious on spring rate and we really need a car available for customer rides with standard Ohlins with the normal 7kg front and 4kg rear spring rates.

Also took opportunity since the car was up on the rack to switch in two of the new Carbon Center Hypergrams, works great with the color of the RF paint. This is a very late day snap, will likely get a better picture today.
