Grey clutch/brake fluid

Installed new clutch hydraulics combo into the car, a 91, about two months ago. Bled it and didn't think about it since then. Recently while inspecting the bay, I noticed the fluid has become discolored to an opaque grey color. I don't see any debris in the fluid. Gonna try bleed and add new fluid when I have time and see if it occurs again. Anyone experience this?
