So a guy in a 2006 NC keeps beating me by 2 seconds, in a 45 second AX. I also consistently beat all but 1 S-2000 (guy runs in expert class, and someone else is driving his car in STR). I have National experience, and have placed twice in the top 6 (in a 45 car class). So I don't think it's my driving skills. Here's my set-up. 2013 Club soft top, 17x9's, 245 RE-71R's, FM front sway, Racing Beat rear sway, Ohlins, Dynotronics Tune, PPE Long Tube Header & mid-pipe, GWR Roadster Sport Q muffler. About the only think I'm thinking is chassis bracing and/or corner balancing. What do you think I'll get the most improvement on: Cobalt front brace (replace the stock Club shock brade); or under car stiffening? Which one or ones? Any other thoughts? I'm open to suggestions. I've seen rear shock tower braces too......can it be too stiff?
