New to the Miata world

hey hows it going? my name is Arturo im 27 years old and i just got me a 2001 miata. i was a bit lost at what type it was at first. i know its a sport but not sure if special edition goes with it =P the car has 85k miles and im not sure of the history. i got it from a dealership in july.
my plans with the car will be track and auto x stuff. driving the car as it is now is a lot of fun and i cant wait to mod it. suspension will be first and ill see where i take it from there.
