what does the modified reverse spring do? reduce the vibration?

also does it come with instructions?

The modified reverse spring makes it harder to put in reverese. many people do this because the spring that Cobalt uses is so soft just the weight of your hand will push it down.

Comes in original box with original instructions.

shipping looks to be about $9 shipped UPS ground.
