Working on SPRINGS!

Stock Ridgeline Front 205 lbs
Stock Ridgeline AWD Rear 340 lbs

Popular aftermarket choice (the only one currently that we know of)
Front 242 lbs
Rear 373 lbs

GWR Prototype
Front 245 lbs
Rear 400 lbs

Same lowering, they call it 2/2, but really more like -1.4 inches front and -1.7 rear.. Our version just a little more rear support for towing and loaded bed and better balance when pushing hard when empty (I drive it like a sports car! ).

Excellent!

Great that you have provided the spring rates as this is something that the other vendor has been asked for repeatedly and was either unable or unwilling to state.

Do you still feel as though the oem shocks will be sufficient or are you looking into aftermarket options for the future?

Yep, I know the other guys won't give any details but we figure that people reasonably want to know the spring rates. These are still well within what the stock shocks will handle, been driving them in mine on stock shocks for a while.

Did 564 miles yesterday in our annual drive to family for the Christmas Holiday. I said 'annual' but it has been two years thanks to Covid cancelling family events last year. Smooth easy drive on a Sunday morning, two stops.

Arrived in time for nice beach walk and hike in a local canyon.

560 miles home yesterday from Bodega, great trip! Picture from the lunch stop on the way up, great week. Hiked about 10 miles a day, photographed a lot of the local wildlife, etc.

We have figured out that some kits of our dual exhaust got packed by Magnaflow with at least one incorrect clamp. The kit spec clamp is a Torca AccuSeal A25AF, made by Norma Group, easy to ID with the Torca symbol stamped on them, marked as 63.5mm size (2.5") and has a class 10.9 bolt (equivalent to grade 8). The incorrect clamp has no markings to make it possible for me to ID it easily, but it is noticeably poorer production, not the same finish/plating on the hardware, and a grade 5 bolt. We are reaching out to all customers directly in addition to posts in the forums, please look for correct Torca clamps that look like pics below:

OTHER Ways to ID the Correct Torca clamp:
- Has Torca logo stamped on one side, and "63.5mm" stamped on other side - see pics
- Nut takes 15mm socket

Ways to ID the bad clamp:
- No markings
- Nut takes 14mm socket

Our first sample little batch of Production Ridgeline 2/2 Springs are Here! Sadly, none shipping to customers today because we found one little adjustment we want to make. Not sure yet how much delay this add, but I want it as right as we can do it.

Rear spring in the other brand vs ours, you can see our Grey finished rear is higher rate (thicker gauge). We are .662 inch, the other guys .624 inch.
