ooh. so that was the lines I was trying to follow when I was there. :)

Very impressive !!

I looked at speedventures, their track days at streets of willow are cheap. It's tempting but it seems all the people signed up are already expert drivers (nevermind the fast cars with track tires), I would probably need 2-3 more training days before I would join these runs.

Not everybody is an expert at the Speedventures day. Quite the opposite, we usually get a few racers, a few intermediates, and LOTS of first timers and others with less than 10 track days under their belt. You can sign up and have an instructor too if you like...
