looks like TireRack has some in the 15x7 size now. Still waiting on news about the weight of the 15x8

They went back to the engineering to get more weight out of it....still waiting.

Update from Enkei today.....reported weight is 12.8 pounds for 15x8.

The heavy breathing you hear is me (nothing personal). Can you ballpark guess weights for 17" and 18", say, 8 or 8.5" wide and 9.5" or 10" wide? This would be for the RX-8 fitment. MX-5 would of course use the smaller diameters.

Brian, can you also just roughly guesstimate pricing--nothing we could hold you to, just an idea, so we can plan ahead

Sorry, don't have pricing and I don't want to guess on weights. Some wheel designs scale well...some don't. You would never guess that the 17x9 RP-F1 is actually LOWER weight than narrower 17x8.5 would you? Too much depends on pad thickness to achieve an offset, which spoke profile, etc. Hope to know more details soon...
