New 15x8 "WideOpen"

This is a wheel that started over 5 years ago....it just took longer than expected to go from drawing board to reality. We started this effort when our only Miata fitment 15x8 was the ATS COMP-LITE but fluctuations in exchange rates made it difficult to continue regular importing of that choice from Germany. Thus, this project started before our 949 15x8 6UL Racing wheel existed, and long before our new Enkei PF01 15x8. Nonetheless, I still think there is room for three choices in 15x8 wheels here at Good-Win Racing.....particularly since we are again out of the ATS COMP-LITE and the weak US Dollar likely means we will never get more of those. I expect these will be our lowest cost 15x8 but I won't know precisely until the first 100 arrive.

Expected arrival is second week of December!

Good looking wheels! I wish NCs could run lips like that. I understand the engineering reasons for large offset wheels but I'm old-school (or maybe just old) but I like lips.

What offset and center bore? These are excellent candidates for our LeMons SE-R. I want to run 225 width but that's too much for our existing 15x7s.

First shipment all silver. Picture shows polished lip....but production is all silver, no polished bits.

Yep, note that production weight always seems to come in a few ounces over the prototype. My hope is that we are still low 13 pound range....which would be awesome for this price point.

Konig says they expect them to clear customs on Thursday, which likely means we get them Tuesday.

New Konig WIDEOPEN have arrived!

Real weight came in real close to the prototype at 13.4 pounds. Picture here still in the plastic on the scale (this is the silver powder coat version and 20mm version just slightly more at 13.6).
