Certainly the most easy is the Eastwood fender rolling tool:

We have one...we use it, and I like it.

On the other hand, I also still keep a wooden baseball bat and do part of the roll the old fashion way because the tool can't get everywhere because it hits the brake caliper at more extreme angles. There are a number of websites that show the old wooden baseball method with pics and a few google searches will get you to those.

Brian,
You wouldn't happen to let shop customers use it would you?
I intend on making some major purchases in late July including 17x8 Enkei wheels and if they are still available the JICs you have in the bargain bin. My wife would kill me if I purchased now, but when I get back from Italy I will be ready.

I will try to introduce myself at the SD event on July 15

Sorry, we don't loan the tool out. Steve Coe at the shop will charge by the hour to roll fenders on customer cars, however. You must make an appointment.

That sounds good. I wasn't confident eough in using the tool myself. We'll see how the mods go and how much roll I'll need.

Thanks

If you buy a roller, you can sell it on Ebay for nearly what you bought it for. Just a thought.

I understand, I can find other sources but I just wanted someone who is experienced with NC's. Can the fendors on the NC be shaved or only rolled?

Could be shaved....but I think a minor roll will get what you need for the 45mm offset.
