Benfits of 215 45 15?

Is there a major differ in weight and width/height of the Toyo 215 45 15 and the Toyo 195 50 15? The RPF1 thread proves how Toyo's 205/50 is 2.8 lbs heavier than their 195/15. Hopefully this will shed some light on how the 215/45 compares. Thanks in advance.

Toyo's website shows the 205/50/15 and 215/45/15 as same weight....18 pounds.

The 215/45/15 is a 22.6 inch diameter.....the 205/50/15 is 23.1 inch diameter.
