I have a 2004 mazda 3 sedan with manual transmission. Recently, it will not allow me to shift to third it just grinds. would a new clutch fix this problem? Also, what brand of after after market exhaust would be best for mine; I want one with a deep tone to it.

Hmm, might be hydraulic failure (which is other bits of the system OTHER than the clutch). Have a mechanic check master/slave cylinders.
