With the ND Rear shock brace in place, the panel covering the fuel tank needs some trimming to fit. This panel is very thin and not difficult to cut:

Unmodified panel laying in its approx. location, but cannot bolt-down because it interferes with the brace:

Line drawn on the panel showing roughly what portion needs to be trimmed off. We adjusted this a bit more following this:

Rough cut done:

Trimmed a bit more after a test-fit, then cleaned the edge up and put some rubber trim over the edge and installed:

Does the NC brace kit fit the automatic cars. I think some front braces don't fit and the auto doesn't even come with one under the trans from Mazda that the manual trans has. is that correct?
Thanks
