In other words...for the few times that you’ll be revving the engine to redline (to reach that 10hp potential gain), there will be most of the other times when you’re just driving at more normal revs, and you’ll gain an audible increase in intake noise, which will tease you into thinking you got a big power gain for all-around driving.
So, consider the cost and installation more in terms of an audible gain rather than a power gain.
