do you have any tips or write ups on removing the front bumper. I'm going to attempt to install my CIA i purchased from you this weekend.

It is surprisingly easy. Mazda made it easy so they could sell the average Joe prepainted MazdaSpeed bumpers that can be installed at home. No particular tips, just follow the directions.
