Have three suspension setups on Ebay:

Koni Sport Shocks only, very lightly used in original boxes.

Hi Jason,

I am very interested in these. What do the spherical bearings do or help? My car is a DD with some autox. I am looking to replace the Mazdaspeed coilovers I have now.

Thanks

Hey there,

The spherical upper mounts are better than rubber due to reduced movement in the mount, plus the standard KW kit doesn't come with any mounts so you would need these anyway. Also, by having them and the rear mounts and being completely assembled really will speed installation.

Thanks!

You appear to have different springs on them, what spring rate are you running and who's springs, and were the shocks revalved for them?

The springs were standard as far as I know, unless the wrong ones were in the kit? I didn't order the kit, so I am unaware of any differences that might have been present.

The KW's are sold and shipped, and the Koni's sold locally, but I replaced them with a very lightly used set we did two days of testing on. They will come in the original boxes still with all packaging.

I asked because I have KW's myself. Those were not the standard springs you had on them. The rears are normally high clearance tapered springs, like one's that would come with Ohlins. Both appeared to be noticably heavier rate. Did you get a chance to try them on your car at all?

I never drove on them like this, but I see what you are saying now... Not sure how/where I got different stuff, but this is how we got them in the box from KW, so I am smh. I will have the new owner post his impressions once he gets them on the car!

Would you take $475 cash for the Konis???

I could pick them up, I live in Arlington. I understand if you want to let the auction run out, and I dont mean to offend you with an offer.

No offense taken, I'd like to see where the auction goes... who knows, you might be able to get them for less than that yourself!

If there's no bidders on Monday, maybe we'll talk!
