Are the Cosworth cams a good way to add power to a California car that still gets smog tests? What kind of power improvement could I get on a stock car? Is it best to combine the cams with other improvements, like a header and cold-air intake? Thanks,

The cams are a small gain, for competition car that has already done everything else. The header is a much more significant gain.
