Would the 17x9 45offset Enkie wheel or the 17x9 48offset TR C3 be a better choice for less fender rolling for say a 235/40/17 star spec. & or the 225/17 RS3's thanks for any help I have all the Sus. mods for STR just no wide wheels.
Enclosed is a picture of my car at good Sus. compression : running progress springs with Koni yellow adj.

By definition the 48offset is 3 mm inboard of the 45mm......which means easier fit.

Re: 17x9 W/ 235-40-17
I would like to stick with little to no fender rolling. Would this be possible with a 17x9 48mm offset rim with 235/40 tire with a progress/koni setup on factory alignment?
I know your site says the 255 requires major rolling, so I'm going to stay away from that size, but what about a 245/40 tire?

Stick to 235/40/17 if you don't want to think about rolling...

For a factory alignment is there any front fender rolling needed on the rpf1 17x9 45et with 235 tires? How about the rear?
