17x9 +49 clear BBK?

Post by 07miata »

Hi Brian,
Would the WedsSport TC105N (17X9 +49) clear the big brake kits for a 2007 NC running ~ -2.2 degrees camber (with fender roll)?
Thanks for any info. If there are clearance differences between the BBKs I don't want to order the wrong one!

Hrm, that sucks, but thanks for letting me know. My guess is part 61-0377 has a better chance of fitting this wheel due to the smaller rotor and (I imagine) smaller caliper. Looks like most folks who go for part 61-0378 run 18" wheels...

If anyone else has experience with this wheel and NC1 BBK feel free to chime in! :)

What I can add is we have a new BBK kit on the way that will fit even stock wheels...so it should easily clear the WEDS

Brian, does that mean it'll most likely fit under the SUPER popular 17x9 +45 RPF1s? If so, !!

Yes, the plan is to finally have a kit that fits the popular 17x9 RPF1

Interesting. How big is the rotor going to be?

The plan is about 13 inch for street and 14 for track. Six piston calipers.

That's all I can say for now except we hope to be offering the new kits before Christmas.

Wow!

Six pistons that will clear stock 17? That is extremely interesting.
