Since its is described as a "RACE" muffler, I should assume, not legal for street? I didn't spend alot of time looking, but, a sound bite of it, is not available? Did my first statement, answer, my last? Always looking for, wanting, that deep throat sound...RonnieH060

On otherwise stock MX5 it is not going to be that loud, Mike says less sound than our RoadsterSport Stainless Race muffler. That means easily road legal most places.

BUT...the reason Mike stresses race use is that it is ALUMINUM and that means durability is not comparable to the stainless units you can leave on your car for years and years of street use. Mike's vision is more that autocross and track users put this on for their events and drive something more durable for daily commutes.
