Yes, but not here yet....TEIN reports USA release pushed back until at least September.

I heard these are non-rebuildable, why buy non-rebuildable coilovers?

I think mostly because they're about the same price as Konis and springs and give you the benefit of height adjustment to boot. Pretty sure the target price on the Flex Z's is under $900.
