Fiberglass muffler packing in both, the SSST is only fiberglass. The SSTT is a more complex design, both attenuation chamber and fiberglass packed section, result with no baffles is that both chambers bring down the frequency balance a lot, adding mixing baffle that is included full deep then tips the frequency balance back much higher (more exotic sounding to my ears). So with SSTT the mixing baffle is like having bass/treble buttons on the stereo, you can dial frequency balance to your preference.BillK336 wrote:Is the aft, small, resonator in the SSST packed, and if so, with what?
